OUR COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
The SUAF is a life time member of COPAO.
The Council Of Philippine American Organizations is the umbrella group that binds together all San Diego organizations with roots from the Philippines . COPAO is the focal point for coordinating events and functions close to the hearts of Filipino-Americans in San Diego .
As an active member of COPAO, the SUAF has participated in celebrations of Philippine Independence Day Parades as well as other Filipino festive events that Filipino Americans have decided to perpetuate in their adopted homeland.
We were proud for having been recognized for having an award winning float during the Philippine Centennial Celebrations Parade.
